About hasQR

hasQR is a free QR code generator that runs entirely in your browser. Type a link, pick from thousands of style combinations, drop your own logo into the center, and export a print-ready file — no account, no watermark, no catch.

Why we built it

Most QR generators either bury the download button behind a paywall, slap their own branding on your code, or quietly redirect every scan through their own tracking layer without telling you. We wanted a tool that's genuinely free for the common case — generate and download, done — while still offering real scan tracking as an opt-in for people who actually want it.

How it works

The generator itself does all of its work client-side: your content never leaves your browser unless you explicitly turn on scan tracking. When you do turn tracking on, we create a short redirect link tied to your account, and every scan of that link logs a timestamp and an approximate city (from the visitor's IP) before sending them on to your real destination.
